John has more than 15 years’ experience of working with children and young people in residential care setting.  John is an experienced manager with extensive experience working with children and young people and managing staff team to ensure good outcomes for children and young people in all areas of their lives.

John has a previous record of outstanding and good Ofsted outcomes as a registered manager in his previous homes. John is passionate in supporting children and young people to meet their goals and outcome through creating safe, nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive through therapeutic evidence based practices.

John is also passionate in developing and mentoring his staff team in creating nurturing environment where children and young people are supported to develop and thrive using PACE and Therapeutic parenting models to train and develop the staff team.

  • BSc: Social Policy.
  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
  • HE Diploma Social and Community work (Level 4).
