Our Area of Focus
Safeguarding and Child Protection
Our objectives are to protect children from harm, abuse, and neglect and to Implement robust safeguarding policies and procedures. We take seriously training of staff in recognising and responding to signs of abuse and conducting regular safeguarding audits and reviews.
Health and Safety
We ensure a safe physical environment for children and staff while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and risk assessments. We conduct regular safety drills and equipment checks. Provide ongoing health and safety training for staff.
Staff Qualifications and Training
We ensure our staff are appropriately qualified and continuously trained and we employ staff with relevant qualifications and experience to provide ongoing professional development and training. We maintain up-to-date records of staff qualifications and training.
