Sphere Care believes that comprehensive approach to our children’s homes encompasses a holistic framework designed to meet the diverse needs of children and young people, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Our approach integrates various elements, from safeguarding and educational support to therapeutic care and community involvement which helps us identify the best care support required within our homes to ensure every child’s best interest in our priority.
We take seriously the views, wishes and feelings of our children and we factor their care plan into care or support our management or staff members provides also liaising with relevant professionals working directly to ensure the children and young people reach their full potential.


Our Comprehensive Approach
Holistic Person-Centered Care
Our senior management develops personalised care plans that cater to the unique needs, strengths, and challenges of each child and young person. We Regularly review and update these care plans to reflect the child’s evolving needs and progress within our homes
Safety and Safeguarding
We implement comprehensive safeguarding policies to protect children from harm, abuse, and neglect and ensure all staff are trained in safeguarding practices and are aware of the procedures for reporting concerns to professionals and law enforcement agencies e.g., LADO, Ofsted, EDT...
Therapeutic and Emotional Support
At Sphere Care, we provide access to various therapeutic services such as counseling, play therapy, art therapy, and trauma-informed care by liaising with external agencies and training our staff in PACE Parental Therapeutic Techniques. We ensure these services are delivered by qualified professionals.
