My name is Olivia Hughes, and I am an Admin Assistant at Sphere Care Solutions. My primary focus is making sure that everyone feels welcome and supported, whether I’m speaking to them over the phone or face-to-face.
My experience in Customer Service and Management has helped me to develop the essential skills of communication, adaptability, and organisation that I carry through both my personal and professional lives. I’m also always striving to learn more at every opportunity through additional courses and further research so that I can stay up to date on changes in the industry and am in the best position I can be to support my organisation.
Day-to-day in my role, I maintain organisation behind the scenes; this can mean answering general queries, conducting audits, and ensuring the team has what they need to succeed in providing great care. Through structure and effective problem solving, I’m always happy to help with whatever comes my way.
