Olu Odebunmi is the managing director at Sphere Care Solutions who founded the organisation since September 2021 and have over 15-years’ experience working in the social care sector specifically in children’s services for private providers and local authorities. Throughout his career path and development, he has proactively worked with various professionals who are responsible professionals ensuring the wellbeing and safety of looked after children. His experience is vast and not limited to working and managing children and young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autistic Spectrum, ADHD, ASD, CCE, CSE, Radicalisation, Abuse or traumatic experience, communication difficulties and behaviour that challenges. His leadership and management style are ensuring working in compliant with Ofsted standards and regulations, SCCIF, up to date policies and procedures, managing employees, providing a nurturing and safe environments and collaborating with professionals that works collectively to achieve utmost outstanding outcome for every child and young person in care.
