HR & Administrator

Heather Greenwood

My name is Heather Greenwood, and I am part of the Human Resources team at Sphere Care Solutions, I am proud to play a key role in building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. My focus is on recruiting and retaining dedicated professionals who share our commitment to safeguarding and supporting children and young people.

I oversee processes such as onboarding, DBS checks, and compliance to ensure every team member is fully prepared and safe to deliver vital services. I also help ensure training is all up to date to help build confidence and competence across teams—especially in handling the complex demands of child welfare.

For me, HR is about more than policies—it’s about people. I’m passionate about creating an environment where staff feel valued, empowered, and engaged. I support initiatives around staff well-being, team-building, and ongoing professional development, helping individuals thrive in both their roles and their careers.

Through regular performance reviews, structured feedback, and continuous learning opportunities, I work closely with colleagues and managers to uphold high standards while supporting personal growth. Whether it’s resolving challenges or celebrating wins, I’m here to help foster a workplace where every voice matters, and every contribution counts.
