I am Shelley, I am the Deputy Manager at our home in Worsley, Manchester. I have 14 years Leadership and Management experience. Most of which was accumulated in the Civil Service. I made the decision to leave management and training, and to follow my curiosity into Health & Social care. Working with individuals rehabilitating from addiction. I have worked with children of all ages and adults right up to paliative care. I have experience of working within a D/deaf or hard of hearing environment. I pride myself on treating everyone as an individual and working in a person centered way.

I am passionate about learning and developing myself and my people, and reap a lot of reward from other peoples’ successes.

In my spare time I am very creative, especially with drawing, painting or crochet.
