My name is Sunny Julius , I am a Deputy Manager at Sphere Care Solutions with significant years of experience working within residential childcare, supporting children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs.
I am highly committed to delivering trauma-informed, child-centered care and to promoting positive outcomes for young people in challenging circumstances. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and have completed a broad range of mandatory and specialist training, including safeguarding, child protection, behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice.
I am trained in the PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) approach and Team Teach,  I am also a certified Team Teach Trainer, supporting the development of safe and consistent behavior management practices across staff teams. I work closely with the Registered Manager to support the effective day-to-day operation of the home. My responsibilities include staff supervision and development, ensuring the consistent implementation of care plans and risk assessments, maintaining compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards, and promoting a positive, reflective team culture.
