Roseline Njoroge

Hi my name is Roseline Njoroge, and 1 am a deputy manager for Sphere Care Solutions in Bolton and based at Terracotta Gardens in Worsley. I have experience working with children with special needs, physical disability, mental health, and autism and who have experienced adverse trauma in their childhood in residential settings and in the community. I have worked in different sectors including mental health medium, children’s homes, secure wards and supported living for both children and young people with varying needs, challenging behaviours and complexities.

My passion and desire is to provide the very best of care to the people that I support in a person-centred, holistic and strength based manner in order to create a culture of acceptance, security, and inclusiveness. I am fully committed to progress consistent approaches, and celebrating differences to achieve desired outcomes for the people that I support using SMART plan to bring about change to promote their welfare.

Karen enjoys holidays with her family and watching true life crimes and autobiographical documentaries.
