Hi, my name is Caroline, and I am the registered manager at Terracotta Gardens, Worsley. I have over 15 years of managerial experience which includes working in retail, local churches, schools and residential homes. I have extensive experience working with children who have experienced childhood trauma, loss and mental health difficulties. I have supported children and young people who are dysregulated through evidence-based programs and practices to bring about change and transformation.

I am passionate about developing and maintaining a healthy culture with a safe environment for children and young people to grow and achieve positive outcomes. I am also an effective trainer, keen on developing staff and facilitating successful training encompassing compliance, policies and Sphere Care Solutions values and ethos.
