Hi my name is Caroline Hedley and I am a registered manager for Sphere Care Solutions at Terracotta Gardens, Worsley. Since my late teens I have been helping to raise the next generation of young people. From working in local churches as a youth leader and youth and children’s coordinator to working in care organisations and the education system. I briefly took a break and working within the betting industry, working my way up to a manager. I still had the passion in my heart to continue where I started working with children and young people. I returned to this by working for a residential care company for children. I qualified as a trainer for the new starters and I completed my level 3 for Residential Homes. I moved on to working within education, supporting children who were dysregulated. This included looked after children and children who were vulnerable and at high risk of exploitation. During this time I completed level 4 counselling qualification, drawing and talking therapy, ELSA training, mental health first aid champion and a thrive practitioner. I also started a Psychology degree which I am still completing on a part time basis. In my spare time I love to play drums, travel, cinema and arts and crafts projects.
